AstroZod
AstroZod is a company-owned product designed to support astrology services at scale. The platform enables astrologers to manage consultations and users to access astrology services through a seamless mobile experience, backed by a powerful admin panel.
The Challenge
Balancing traditional astrology practices with a modern, approachable digital experience was essential; the product needed to feel trustworthy and accessible to diverse users while presenting complex concepts clearly and reducing cognitive load across mobile interactions.
Designing distinct, role-specific experiences for users, astrologers, and administrators while preserving a unified visual language was challenging; each module required tailored workflows, permissions, and information density without fragmenting the product or brand consistency.
Crafting intuitive consultation, booking, and payment workflows that handle complexity without overwhelming users required careful prioritization, progressive disclosure, and clear feedback to guide decisions, minimize friction, and support reliable task completion.
What I Worked On
I led UI/UX design for AstroZod, shaping user journeys, visual systems, and interaction patterns across mobile and admin interfaces while collaborating with internal teams to prototype solutions and deliver designs that balanced user needs and operational requirements.

My Design Approach
I began by deeply understanding astrology workflows and stakeholder goals, mapping comprehensive user journeys to ensure each screen served a clear function within consultations; this alignment guided prioritization and improved continuity across appointment and post-session flows.
Our design prioritized simplicity, readability, and emotional comfort; typography, spacing, and tone were tuned to reduce anxiety around personal readings while clear hierarchy and empathetic microcopy built trust and made content approachable for diverse users.
A mobile-first approach guided layouts and interaction patterns, ensuring primary tasks remain accessible on small screens while responsive adjustments preserved discoverability and consistent touch-friendly interactions across larger devices.

User Mobile App Experience
Designed a complete mobile experience covering onboarding, horoscope access, consultation booking, wallet management, and profile customization; focused on clear navigation, quick task flows, and accessible interactions to reduce friction and improve retention.
Astrologer Module Design
Built dedicated astrologer workflows empowering professionals to manage profiles, set availability, handle consultations, track earnings, and communicate with clients via dashboards and task flows that prioritize speed, clarity, and operational efficiency.
Consultation & Booking Flow
Designed end-to-end consultation and booking flows that let users discover astrologers, review specialties, schedule sessions, and complete secure payments with minimal steps; added confirmations, reminders, and transparent pricing to reduce drop-offs.
Wallet & Payment Experience
Designed wallet and payment interfaces that clearly display balances, transaction history, service costs, and refunds; focused on transparent fee breakdowns, easy top-ups, and secure confirmation flows to build trust for both users and astrologers.
Admin Panel Development
Developed the admin panel to enable internal teams to manage users, astrologers, services, content moderation, and platform operations; added role-based controls, reporting dashboards, and bulk tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead.
Scalable Product Structure
Established a scalable product architecture and design system enabling future features, service variants, and monetization models to be added without disrupting core flows; emphasized modular components, consistent patterns, and clear documentation to accelerate development.
