Bejoice Group
Bejoice is an online shipping services platform that helps businesses manage international logistics through shipment booking, real-time tracking, rate comparison, and centralized operational tools.
The Challenge
The logistics and shipping process typically involves multiple platforms, manual coordination, and limited visibility, making it difficult for businesses to efficiently manage shipments, compare rates, and track deliveries in real time.
The existing workflow relied heavily on offline communication and disconnected tools, which increased the risk of errors, delays, and poor operational transparency for both internal teams and customers expecting timely updates.
From a design perspective, the challenge was to organize large volumes of shipment data, pricing details, and tracking information into a clear and structured dashboard without overwhelming users with technical complexity.
The client needed a modern web platform that could visually communicate reliability, simplify operational decision-making, and serve as a scalable foundation for future logistics and automation features.
What I Worked On
I worked on this project as both a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer, responsible for transforming complex shipping workflows into a structured dashboard experience and implementing the designed interfaces into a functional web application.

My Design Approch
The process began with understanding shipping workflows, operational requirements, and the types of decisions users needed to make daily, ensuring the platform structure supported real business logistics scenarios.
I designed modular dashboard layouts to organize complex data like shipment statuses, tracking updates, and pricing details into structured, scannable interfaces that reduce cognitive overload for operations teams.
Working in parallel as a developer, I implemented the UI using modern frontend technologies, ensuring the visual design translated accurately into a responsive and functional product.
Continuous testing during development helped refine spacing, responsiveness, and component behavior, allowing design and implementation to evolve together in a practical, real-world workflow.
