Infiniti Talks is a digital mental wellness platform that connects users with professional therapists, spiritual guides, and wellness experts through consultations, calls, and guided healing experiences in a safe and accessible environment.

Designing for a mental wellness platform required creating a calming and emotionally safe user experience while still supporting complex flows like expert discovery, session booking, and profile management without overwhelming users during sensitive moments.
The first version of the app was built around an initial concept, but later the client shifted their business direction, requiring a complete UI overhaul while keeping core functionality intact and improving clarity, trust, and accessibility.
Balancing emotional design with functional clarity was challenging because the interface needed to feel warm and supportive, yet remain structured enough for users to easily navigate services, schedules, and expert communication tools.
Ensuring consistency across the mobile app, marketing website, and admin panel was critical, as each platform served different users but needed to maintain a unified visual identity and seamless experience across the entire ecosystem.
I worked as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer on this project, responsible for designing the full product experience across mobile and web platforms and developing the website and admin panel interfaces.
The design process started with understanding the emotional context of mental wellness users and translating that into a soft, calming interface using soothing colors, friendly typography, and supportive visual cues throughout the experience.
I first designed the mobile application based on the original concept, focusing on expert discovery, session flows, and user profiles, ensuring the interface remained simple and approachable for users seeking emotional or mental support.
When the client refined their vision, I reworked the entire mobile UI to better reflect the new positioning, improving navigation clarity, visual hierarchy, and service presentation while maintaining a peaceful and trustworthy design language.
Parallel to the app design, I ensured the website and admin panel followed the same visual system, creating a consistent brand experience while adapting layouts and interactions based on the needs of users, admins, and platform managers.
The redesigned Clickasa experience focuses on strengthening core functional moduless that directly impact usability, trust, and operational efficiency.
