Purna Paper Products (PPP) is a mobile-based ERP system designed to help a paper manufacturing company digitize daily operations, manage inventory, track orders, and improve overall operational efficiency.

The client relied heavily on manual processes and disconnected tools to manage inventory, orders, and internal operations, leading to inefficiencies and data inconsistencies.
Tracking inventory levels and order status in real time was difficult, often resulting in delays and operational blind spots.
The challenge was to design an intuitive ERP system that could simplify complex manufacturing workflows into an easy-to-use mobile application.
I worked on this project as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer, contributing to both the design and development of the mobile ERP system.
I began by understanding manufacturing operations and ERP requirements, mapping real-world workflows into logical digital processes.
The UI design emphasized clarity, speed, and ease of use, ensuring factory staff could quickly adopt the system with minimal training.
Design decisions were validated through continuous collaboration with the development team, ensuring feasibility and performance alignment.
The Purna Paper Products ERP system was designed to digitize manufacturing operations and provide real-time visibility into inventory, orders, and logistics.

This project was completed as part of my role at Pragetx Softwares PVT LTD. The work showcased here is shared strictly for portfolio purposes and does not include confidential or proprietary information.
